Under Tina’s leadership, the company transitioned in 2023 from residential to commercial construction. This strategic move towards greater opportunities yielded outstanding results, as the company generated over $1 million in revenue in less than six months.
At the heart of OMNI’s success is Tina’s relentless pursuit of excellence in the construction industry. She does this by emphasizing the delivery of exceptional services, embracing new technologies, fostering collaboration, and a commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Tina’s achievements in construction can be traced back to her 30-year career as a distinguished real estate broker-owner. Her journey in the real estate industry has been marked by unparalleled success and is characterized by a commitment to fostering “win-win” scenarios for all stakeholders. This approach has garnered acclaim from clients and peers and positioned her as a dedicated advocate for community initiatives promoting affordable first-time homeownership.
Recognized for her contributions, Tina held a position within The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) but, more recently, is a founding national director of the National Hispanic Contractors Alliance (NHCA). Through this association, she channels her passion for empowering fellow professionals and contributing to community development.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tina Marie is celebrated as the founder of the Latinas in Construction book series and author of Latinas in Real Estate, an Amazon best-selling book, and a testament to her collaboration with other successful Latinas in the industry. Her expertise extends beyond real estate, as she holds certification as a SUCCESS coach, guiding individuals and organizations to realize their goals and unlock their full potential.
In her spare time, Tina embraces the joys of being a grandmother and cherishing moments with her family. Her proudest accomplishment remains her four beautiful children, a constant reminder to appreciate the gift of today.

From the vibrant hustle of the auto industry to the dynamic realms of real estate and construction, Rich Hernandez’ story is marked by resilience and optimism. As Chief Operating Officer of Omni Construction Services, he is a man whose journey is testament to his dedication, versatility, and drive to make a positive impact in the community.
Starting at Footlocker after high school, Rich learned how to run the business at a profit. He moved up the ranks, was awarded the Rookie Manager of the Year for the Western Region, was recruited for a management role at Target and then moved on to the automotive industry.
Honing his skills in operations and management, Rich ensured that clients had the experience they expected from a luxury automaker. This led to learning the art of negotiation, significant professional achievements, and recognition for running a successful sales team.
His career path took a pivotal turn toward real estate when he recognized his passion for helping families become homeowners. This shift was not without its challenges, as the housing crisis of 2008 tested his resilience and adaptability. Yet, it also paved the way for new opportunities, leading him to collaborate with banks and Fannie Mae to sell foreclosed properties. His success in this venture allowed him to open several real estate offices, emphasizing his entrepreneurial spirit.
Creating Omni Construction Services was a natural progression for Rich and his wife, Tina Marie Hernandez, allowing them to continue serving the community.
What sets Rich apart are his personal attributes and interests. Known for being a go-getter and optimistically vocal about his passions, which includes baseball, he brings energy and enthusiasm to every project.
Family is central to his life as a devoted father and grandfather. His role family man is interwoven with his professional identity and values of hard work, integrity, and leaving things better than he found them.
