Our Founder
Tina Marie Hernandez, founder of OMNI Construction Services, led the switch from residential to commercial construction in 2023. This yielded outstanding results, as the company generated over $1 million in revenue in less than six months.
At the heart of OMNI’s success is Tina’s pursuit of excellence. She does this through the delivery of exceptional services, embracing new technologies, fostering collaboration, and a commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
Tina’s roots are in a 30-year career as a real estate broker-owner dedicated to fostering excellent results for all stakeholders. Recognized for her contributions, Tina held a position within The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) but, more recently, is a founding national director of the National Hispanic Contractors Alliance (NHCA).
Tina Marie is also the founder of the Latinas in Construction book series and author of Latinas in Real Estate, a best-seller, a SUCCESS coach, and a grandmother who cherishes moments with her family.
